Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Plain Text), address, interests, and similar information. We may request, but will not store, sensitive information, such as credit card numbers.

"Tell a Friend"
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. SOLID body performance will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. SOLID body performance stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

REFUNDS
The $500 per-person deposit, less $50 handling charge, is refundable until 30 days before the trip Go Date. Thereafter deposits are not refundable, and will be applied to the final payment for the trip.
PAYMENT DUE DATES
Remaining payment is due within 21 days before the trip Go Date which is not refundable. Credit cards used to make deposits will be automatically charged the remaining balance 21 days before the Go Date. Cash and check payments need to be received 22 days before the Go Date and will be processed at the latest 21 days before the Go Date.

Note: Participants arriving early can request for private transportation from the airport to the base lodge for an additional fee. Each Welcome Wagon transport vehicle can transport up to 5 people at once. The Welcome Wagon is always stocked with drinks and snacks.

- Airline baggage fees, airport fees, meals prior or during to arrival to base camp on the Go Date
- Travel & medical insurance, hospital, doctor, emergency care fees
- Cell phone rental / usage
- Non-scheduled transportation such as taxi fares due to changes/delays in flight, traffic, and non-scheduled requested driving services to accommodate late/early arrivals, or missed Meet Point times
- Additional alcohol & tobacco
- Non-scheduled attractions
- Personal purchases.
