SOLID body performance was the dream of a couple boys in love with adventure, the outdoors, and sharing their passions with others. Today we work with yoga studio and martial arts school owners, personal trainers & nutrition specialists, and leadership development program managers to create unparalleled getaway experiences for their ambitious and goal-oriented practitioners, students, clients, and leaders.

1996 - 2008
SOLID body founders promote mental and physical wellness through martial arts training in schools in Illinois and Indiana. What begins as a study of how to positively influence one's immediate surroundings expands into a holistic approach to bettering the community at large. |

SOLID body's training centers expand to 3 locations around Chicago, Illinois. SOLID opens a wellness retreat center outside Winter Park, Colorado. |

2010
In an effort to make 3,000 year-old Chinese medicines accessible to Western audiences, SOLID body collaborates with American farmers and suppliers to begin manufacturing & distributing medicinal herbal teas under the Rxemeteas brand name. SOLID body also begins collaborating with non-profits to bring in-home therapy to children with autism who would otherwise be unable to receive treatment across America. |
